Concept & Capabilities
The usual and the unusual
Our international competence is at the heart of our positioning. We are present in four countries and we have personal, hands-on experience of working in six languages—English, French, German, Russian, Italian and Spanish. Our native speakers are all on board (not at some remote, specialized service provider). Which means that “lost in translation” is not part of our vocabulary.
This has two distinct consequences. It allow us to work across borders , either in several countries at the same time, or on a specific foreign market. All of this while having a tried and tested understanding of cross-cultural contexts – including their specific pitfalls.
Our areas of expertise
Communications strategy
Being aimless is not an option, so it pays off to invest some time upfront. Just bring an open mind, and let us go through the choices – together.
Brand development
Depending on what you need (and wish), we will take you all the way from visual identity to the most effective media combination – online and offline.
Graphic design
From packaging to web design to P.O.P. materials to high-end brochures, we design for impact, relevance, and technical feasibility down the road.
Transcreation & Localization
Sometimes, it is just about copywriting in a different language. It sounds almost mundane. But it can be devilishly difficult when aiming for the highest standard. We consistently do.
e-Marketing & Social media
When things are all the rage, it is easy to overreach – and underperform. In fact, it is not just about presence. It is about substance. These are no times for irrelevant information.
Promotions
Although it does not happen every day, some of our clients are into ambitious promotions, involving retail partners, the sales force and the press. We can help.
Interpersonal communications
In international environments, the hidden differences can be at best puzzling, at worst treacherous. A bespoke HOPE seminar might be helpful. And it will be entertaining.
Photography
We insist on working with professional photographers. But today, even some large clients seem very fond of their new 20 MP phones. A flexible, in-house solution is the better alternative.
